In these graphs, the intensity of the tests increases over the days, starting on the first day with gentler tests until reaching maximum excitement on the last day.

It is important before starting the challenge to take into account some basic rules:

• It is important that before playing, the conditions of each player are discussed, with each setting their limits.
• Players must choose a safe word, which they will say when they want to stop any of the actions performed during each of the 30 days.
• It is recommended that both participants have a great deal of trust in each other.
• There must be a master role and a submissive role that can alternate during the 30 days.
• Never tie anything around the neck.
• It should not be tight.
• It should be played with blunt-tipped scissors at hand in case the submissive feels overwhelmed.
• The tests will gain in intensity over the days.
