In these graphics, the intensity of the challenges increases with each passing day, starting on the first day with softer challenges and reaching maximum excitement on the last day.

Before starting the challenge, it is important to take into account a few basic rules:

• It is important that before playing, each player's conditions are discussed, with each setting their own limits.
• Players must choose a safety word, which they will say if they wish to stop any of the actions performed during any of the 30 days.
• It is recommended that both participants have a high level of trust in each other.
• There must be a master role and a submissive role, which can alternate during the 30 days.
• Never tie anything around the neck.
• It must not be tight.
• It must be played with blunt-tipped scissors at hand in case the submissive feels overwhelmed.
• The challenges will increase in intensity over the days.
