Instructions:

Remove all oil and cream from your skin. Once done, dry your skin with a soft towel. Turn the cup inside out while holding the bra cup by the edges with both hands. Position the cup at the desired breast angle and gently press the edges of the cup with your fingertips. Repeat the procedure for the other breast.
